Every year, Aalto University hosts the Science Factory, a TMS-EEG workshop. As per tradition, Professor Hartwig Siebner was invited to give a talk and coach the students.

This year, in the 12th edition of the Science Factory, Research Assistant Emilie Bougelet was selected to participate and give a small talk about her project on immediate transcranial evoked potentials in the parietal cortex.

The workshop offers the opportunity to connect with both early career scientists, also eager to learn more about TMS-EEG, but also to connect with renowned professors in the field. After a full day of learning, social activities such as sitting by the bonfire, going in the sauna and hiking in the Nuuksio national park are offered to further discuss your analysis method, or where your next holiday will be!
The workshop is open for scientists of all levels, from master student to postdoc to professor. Many researchers from DRCMR have attended in the previous editions and hopefully will continue to join in the future.
Highly recommended for anyone interested in TMS-EEG or in having a chat with Professpr Siebner by the bonfire.
