DRCMR Postdoc reminiscing this year's CoBS

Postdoc Armita Faghani Jadidi was part of this year's Copenhagen Brain Stimulation Week as well as the Symposium. Here is what she remembers:

I was pleased to contribute to CoBS 2025 (Copenhagen Brain Stimulation Week) at DRCMR, Hvidovre Hospital for the fourth consecutive year, contributing to both the practical teaching components and the scientific program of this inspiring event.

This year, in addition to practical session about our ongoing work in treatment-resistant depression, combining brain stimulation with EEG recordings, I led a hands-on practical session on transcranial electrical stimulation (tES) modalities and presented the ACS Challenge, a large international multicenter project in which our center is actively involved.

I also had the privilege of contributing as a symposium speaker, presenting alongside an outstanding group of internationally recognized leaders and emerging researchers in the field, including John Rothwell, Marom Bikson, Caroline Tscherpel, Enrico De Martino, Jacinta O’Shea, Prof. Dr. Christoph Herrmann, Ida Granö, Richard Carson, and Lasse Christiansen. Being part of a scientific program with such a strong and diverse speaker lineup was both an honor and a valuable opportunity for exchange and discussion.

CoBS continues to be a unique platform for translating cutting-edge brain stimulation research into clinical and practical expertise, made possible by an exceptional community of researchers, clinicians, and trainees.
