Du er en erfaren sygeplejerske, radiograf, bioanalytiker eller lignende, der har lyst til nye udfordringer i et sprudlende, internationalt forskningsmiljø med højt tempo og en bred pallette af igangværende projekter og nye ideer. 

Din stilling

Du bliver en del af vores forskningsgruppe inden for hjernens udvikling og udviklingspsykiatri. Her vil du i fællesskab med det øvrige personale være med til at gennemføre større forskningsprojekter i børn og unge i alderen 0-21 år. Deltagerne i vores projekter er enten typisk udviklende børn og unge, eller børn og unge med cerebral parese eller forskellige psykiatriske lidelser, som bl.a. deltager i projekterne NIBS-CP (www.hvidovrehospital.dk/nibs-cp) og VIA (www.drcmr.dk/VIA). I projekterne gennemfører vi bl.a. MR skanninger af hjernen, EEG undersøgelser og forskellige kliniske og psykologiske tests og spørgeskemaer. Alle undersøgelser udføres uden bedøvelse. Du vil blive del af et team af forskere og studerende med forskellige faglige baggrunde og erfaring. Arbejdet omfatter bl.a. rekruttering, indkaldelse og kommunikation med deltagerne og deres familier, bookning af MR-skanner og lokaler,  indsamling af MR og EEG, samt kvalitetssikring af data, bl.a. i RedCAP. Arbejdet kræver desuden en del koordinering af deltagerforløb, herunder planlægning af forskningspersonale på selve forsøgsdagen, og koordinering mellem involverede interne og eksterne afdelinger. Arbejdsgangene giver mulighed for at sparre med de andre forskere, som er involveret i forskningsprojekterne. Du vil også blive ansvarlig for en række praktiske opgaver, som vi i fællesskab definerer, fx bestilling af varer eller lign. for at sikre den daglige drift.

Vi tilbyder

Vi tilbyder en spændende stilling i et tværvidenskabeligt forskningsmiljø med mange udfordrende opgaver. I din dagligdag vil du møde børn og unge med forskellige neurologiske og psykiatriske lidelser og bidrage til at undersøge hjernens udvikling hos disse. En del af arbejdstiden (25-50%) forventes at ligge i aftener og/eller weekender, men andelen vil variere over tid og kandidaten vil have stor indflydelse på planlægningen af arbejdstiden. Aften og weekendarbejde planlægges af os selv i projektgruppen og der tages hensyn til hvornår det passer deltagerne og os bedst. Det er derfor vigtigt, at du er fleksibel med din arbejdstid.

Vi forventer, at du:

  • er uddannet radiograf, sygeplejerske, bioanalytiker eller lignende, gerne med nogle års erfaring.
  • er serviceminded og er en teamplayer.
  • er god til at håndtere deltagere og deres familier
  • har lyst til at bidrage til en struktureret gennemførelse af forskningsstudier.
  • kan administrere flere forskellige opgaver og det at have mange bolde i luften
  • kan koordinere mellem afdelinger internt og eksternt
  • er fleksibel i forhold til weekend og aftenarbejde
  • ikke er bange for at kaste dig ud i at lære nye IT-systemer og forskningsmetoder.
  • er fortrolig med at kommunikere på både dansk og engelsk.

Erfaring med forskning, billeddannelse, og kontakt med børn og unge samt deres familier, er en fordel, men ikke en forudsætning for at søge stillingen.

Danish Research Centre for Magnetic Resonance (DRCMR)

DRCMR er et internationalt højt profileret forskningscenter på Hvidovre Hospital, der arbejder tværvidenskabeligt med billeddannelse og hjernestimulation inden for basal og klinisk neurovidenskab. Centret har over 80 forskere og studerende fra mere end 20 forskellige lande tilknyttet. Vores arbejdssprog er primært engelsk, dog vil patientkontakten foregå på dansk. Vi er i høj grad finansieret af eksterne forskningsmidler, og derfor er det også helt afgørende for os, at vores forskning er relevant og i verdensklasse. For mere information se www.drcmr.dk.

DRCMR har en flad organisatorisk struktur, hvor vi løser opgaver i fællesskab, og hvor der altid er mulighed for at sparre med kollegerne. Vi har fokus på grundigheden og kvaliteten af vores arbejde. Forskningen i hjernens udvikling hos både raske børn, samt børn med psykiatriske lidelser udgør en vigtig del af DRCMRs forskning, og du vil derfor blive en vigtig del vores forskningsmiljø. Vi holder f.eks. løbende gruppemøder, forskningsmøder og personalemøder.
