Research Interests

My PhD research investigates the visual pathway as a window into central nervous system pathology in multiple sclerosis (MS). Specifically, I examine whether retinal imaging using optical coherence tomography (OCT) can serve as a sensitive biomarker for MS-related neurodegeneration and future disease progression. By integrating high‑resolution OCT with ultra‑high field (7T) MRI, my work bridges microstructural retinal alterations with corresponding brain pathology, aiming to advance non‑invasive tools for monitoring MS and understanding its underlying mechanisms.
