Keep your brain sweating and it will stay fit - even when you are 100. Researcher from the Dementia & Aging group has an optimistic view on the fact that we will live longer - we just need to strengthen our brain network by exercising muscles and mind, expanding our social network, challenge our brain with something unexpected every day.
