Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has become an important tool to evaluate disease progression and treatment efficacy in multiple sclerosis (MS). Quantitative measures such as lesion volume and brain parenchymal fraction are used as endpoints in clinical studies of different treatment strategies.

The DRCMR Reader Centre performs image analysis for a number of multi-centre longitudinal clinical trials and receives image data from more than 40 different MRI sites in Europe.

Effective management and analysis methods have been developed and are used to handle and process the large amount of data. The DRCMR Reader Centre is continually developing its data processing methods to provide the most precise outcome measures.

Please visit the DRCMR Reader Centre webpage if you are seeking information regarding a particular clinical trial.
